Forfeiture
Endangers American Rights
Mr. Chandler
is active in the national organization known as
FEAR, which stands for Forfeiture Endangers American
Rights. Take a look at FEAR's
Web page.
His office
has represented the nation of Liberia as well
as various individuals in state and federal forfeiture
matters.
Although
it is not the purpose of these pages to give legal
advice (please see the disclaimer on the home
page), Mr. Chandler advises anyone who suffers
a seizure of his or her property immediately to
seek legal help.
Many forfeiture
statutes are written in ways that mandate prompt
action on the part of innocent owners or those
whose property was otherwise wrongfully seized.
Many courts
appear to be overly eager to support government
agencies' attempts to expropriate property.

"War
on Drugs":Really
a war on people
Both as
an attorney practicing in Constitutional areas
and as a Libertarian concerned with individual
rights, Walker Chandler has been at the forefront
in the effort at ending the insane "War on
Drugs," which has caused uncounted horrors
and even deaths to innocent people. He took a
silly Georgia law all the way to the U.S. Supreme
Court -- and won!
He has
defended countless individuals against the power
of the state, and has written and spoken on the
subject in various parts of the country and appeared
on radio, television, and in print.
Keep checking
this page for more.
Walker
Chandler is also a member of NORML,
the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana
Laws, and works with that group to try to
bring some rationality to bear on legislation.
