Walker has practiced in courts at every level in Georgia, including the Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and federal district and appellate courts. Admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, Walker successfully defeated the State of Georgia in the 1997 landmark drug-testing case, Chandler v. Miller (520 U.S. 305).
